Government of Saskatchewan Designates June as Parks and Recreation Month

The Government of Saskatchewan has officially designated June as Parks and Recreation Month, recognizing the vital role parks and recreation services play in building strong, healthy, and connected communities across the province.

With June just around the corner, we’re excited to join communities, organizations, and partners across Saskatchewan in celebrating all the ways parks and recreation enhance our quality of life. From outdoor adventures and community programming to spaces that bring people together, parks and recreation help us explore, connect, and feel a true sense of belonging.
