Board Meetings
Directors can expect to participate in four board meetings each year; three are in-person and one is virtual. In-person meetings are held on Wednesday (with Tuesday and Thursday as travel days, as required). Meetings are approximately five to six hours and are hosted in various locations throughout the province.
Board Reports
Directors are expected to review board reports prior to meetings. This requires two to five hours of preparation.
Committee Meetings
Directors serve on two to three committees. Depending on the committee, there are three to five meetings per year.
SPRA AGM
Directors are expected to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Association which is held virtually in October of each year.
