Our Play Leadership Training equips staff with the knowledge and practical skills they need to plan and lead safe, inclusive, and engaging play experiences for children of all ages.
This training (available in-person or online, on-demand) explores the value of play, not just for children and youth, but for communities as a whole and prepares leaders to create meaningful, accessible programming.
After completing the training, Play Leaders will: 
- Understand how to support community recreation goals
- Coordinate safe and accessible play opportunities
- Adapt programming to meet diverse cultural, behavioral, and physical needs
- Plan creative, active, and inclusive play experiences
- Model the qualities of an effective Play Leader
