SEASONAL PARKS & RECREATION I

Reporting to the Manager of Parks and Recreation, the Town of Wadena is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking applicants for a Seasonal Parks & Recreation I position. The following qualifications preferred:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Experience operating trimmers, chainsaws, push mowers, hedge trimmers.
• First Aid & CPR is an asset

FULL TIME PERMANENT PARKS & RECREATION I

The Town of Wadena is seeking a full-time permanent Parks & Rec I to assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of civic facilities reporting to the Manager of Parks and Recreation.
Ideal candidates to have a minimum grade 12 education, a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver’s license, WHMIS training and first aid/CPR certificates. Level 1 arena and pool operators’ courses would be an asset. Immediate start date preferred.

Salary is in accordance with CUPE Local 4335 Collective Agreement plus a comprehensive benefit and pension package available in accordance with Town policy.
