New Recreation Board Members Wanted to Participate in Research Study

If you are a new* sport & recreation volunteer board member, you’re invited to take part in a University of Regina Master's research study aimed at exploring the onboarding experiences of new board members. As a participant in this study, you will be asked to participate in a 45-60 minute, semi-structured one-on-one interview, discussing your onboarding experiences of how you were brought onto your sport and/or recreation volunteer board.  

*New board members are considered to be within a year of their tenure on their respective volunteer sport and/or recreation board.
