Fall Grants Are Available Now
The Framework in Action, Parks for All in Action, and Get Moving Grants are open for applications! Be sure to apply by Nov. 13, 2024. A second intake for these three grants will open in Spring 2025 with a deadline of May 28.
The new Training Grant will be open on October 1, 2024. Applications will be accepted from October 1, 2024 to June 1, 2025.

A Year of Opportunities
SPRA’s grants will help you tackle a wide range of local priorities throughout the year, while advancing national strategies like Parks for All and the Framework for Recreation in Canada. These initiatives may include programming, educational sessions, resource development, knowledge sharing, and other related efforts.

New Eligibility Criteria
We’re excited to announce that SPRA Grants are now available for current Active and Associate Members. Please note that Associate members must be registered nonprofits, registered charities, or schools. We invite you to apply for grants that aim to foster local, regional, and provincial innovation in Parks and Recreation.
SPRA membership is open to organizations from various sectors committed to enhancing Saskatchewan through the Parks and Recreation Industry. Whether you are in the Health, Education, Justice, or Community Development sectors, there is a collaborative role for you in helping achieve our vision of improving the quality of life for all people in Saskatchewan through parks and recreation.
