In Part I of this three part webinar series, Eat Healthy, Play Healthy (EHPH) will review what is happening in Saskatchewan and across Canada to create supportive food environments in sport and recreation settings.

EHPH will discuss the factors that make up a food environment and how they can be improved so the healthy choice is easier for customers, and thereby support the sales of healthy food and beverages.

To support recreation practitioners and food service providers in Saskatchewan in making these improvements, this webinar will review the first two resources of the Healthy Foods for my Recreation Setting series: Nutrition Standards for Saskatchewan and Getting Started. These resources can be used to determine foods and beverages of higher nutritional value to offer in sport and recreation settings.

The webinar will end with a question and answer period.
