Provincial Recreation Associations

Funded by Sask Lotteries

The Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association (SPRA) administers funding through the Sask Lotteries Trust Fund to support Provincial Recreation Associations (PRAs) identified on the Minister’s Eligibility List. These organizations provide grassroots recreation opportunities throughout the province and are integral to the continued growth and sustainability of the recreation field. All PRAs funded are required to outline how they meet the priorities and outcomes of Recreation Section Strategic Plan.
